Talk to Jason About Your Floors

1. He listens first.

   Jason asks what you're working with: the rooms, the floor that's down now, what you want the space to become. If you've got photos or a look you've been saving, they help; if not, the conversation works fine without them.

2. You hear what's realistic.

   He'll walk through the directions that fit your floor and your situation, including ones you may not have considered, and he'll tell you the tradeoffs up front.

3. He won't guess at the rest.

   Some answers, like what's under the floor you have now or what shape it's in, can only be read in person. Jason will tell you which of your questions those are instead of guessing.

And if it comes to that, a visit is just the next step when the time's right for both of you, not a foregone conclusion. You'd know what to expect before anything's scheduled.
